Horrible service they don’t answer calls, respond in timely manner or follow up with requests. If you plan to buy home thru them you probably gonna get your earnest money taken and not get the home you loved. I would give them 0 rating if it was possible.

They get not market competitor rate and and once they refinance loan they usually within couple week they sold loan to different bank .
you have charged several months home insurance and property taxes they keep these money and all you get transfer loan to the new bank .
if you get lucky may be your insurance and property tax due not accrued with in couple months other wise the new bank won't have enough money to pay insurance and property taxes .
be care full this is so smart business what they been doing basically it's good fraud .

Best rates in market. Compared their rates with 5 other players including costco. I bet no one can beat their interest rates. Excellent customer service. Specially Brenda she was amazing and her turn around time was excellent. The process was very smooth. I am first time home buyer, Ravi took 3 hours from his schedule to explain us the process.
