I started working out with Kyle almost 4 months ago. Then 6 weeks into my program, I broke my ankle! Kyle was very accommodating to help me continue a modified program, with approval of my orthopedist. After I could bear weight again, he modified my program again to begin a safe program as I increased weights & exercises. Recently finished a challenge with a lot of emphasis on nutrition!! I was very happy with the results, even though I have been somewhat restricted in what I could do! Definitely recommend Kyle for helping you get healthier & stronger!!

Terrible. First, don't ever be alone in the gym with him. He can flip in a heartbeat and turn into someone you don't want to work out alone with. I'm a small petite woman and he put me in that situation. I dare questioned that he wanted me to lift 85% of my body weight on our third training session. I tried several times with TERRIBLE form. He told me to do it again. I questioned him about it again ,and 25 minutes of terror followed. Just a few quotes are; " How dare I come to HIS gym and question him".
