Mr. Nicholas G. Rossoletti has been practicing law in South Florida since 2008. Nick, as he is known by his friends, family, and clients, was born in New York and moved with his family to Coral Springs, Florida in 1992. Nick graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in telecommunications operations and went directly from Gainesville to Miami to attend law school at the University of Miami.
Andrea Valencia started at Bilu Law, P.A. as a paralegal/law clerk in Summer 2018. Andrea was born in Colombia and grew up in Florida - she is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Andrea graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in 2015 with a degree in Criminal Justice and minors in Sociology and Business Law.

It was a pleasure working with Nick and his paralegal, Annabella Chin, of Bilu Law. He is a con artist. Took my money and did nothing.
Hired this attorney to file a lawsuit and paid him a 50 percent deposit of $2,000 on July 24, 2019. He charged my credit card an extra $39.20 without telling me for credit card processing charges.
He took the deposit and despite my repeated requests by email starting on August 23, 2019 to send me the fee agreement and telling him to file the lawsuit he did not. I paid him on the basis that we would wait thirty days from him sending the other side a written demand before he would file the lawsuit
