After failed appeal after appeal, and having our account suspended for 10 months, we decided to try one last time. We submitted the appeal they wrote for us and hit a home run on the first strike. Shout out to Nicole. I contacted several companies about this issue, even some who were charging much less but Nicole was the only person who made me feel comfortable enough to proceed as she was honest, authentic, and had a great understanding of our issues at hand and that was very important to me.

This company helped me to reinstate my account on Amazon. I have baby products and my account was on for 4 years. Then Amazon closed it because they associated me with my sons account. I had it suspended for over 3 months and I tried to reinstate it myself without any result, then I asked another firm, but they didn’t succeed.
