I had the pleasure of using Jerry of Ferguson Home Inspections for my first home and pest inspection. He was very thorough, timely and very enjoyable to talk to. The current homeowners left a previous inspection packet from a few months before. After finishing the whole process, his inspection report packet was almost double the size of the previous one that was left. He was more thorough when going through each room, which led him to catch a few more concerns than previously listed.
