We are a community based skilled nursing home and rehabilitation center serving residents of Ames, Story City, Iowa Falls, Zearing, and the surrounding communities.

Zearing Health Care Center offers three major rehabilitation services which include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. These three distinctive services work together to establish goals to assist the patient in achieving the best possible results.
Occupational therapy provides services to help regain the skills needed to return home. Our occupational therapists at Zearing Health Care Center work with residents who have an array of varying diagnosis that has their abilities interrupted by injury, illness, disease progression, or surgery.
