Just want to share an experience and prevent others from bringing business to a company that treats their customers (especially repeat customers) poorly.
Please avoid going to Topshelf Custom Embroidery and Screen Printing in Greeley. This shop, especially their sales managers Mike and Zach, do not care about ensuring repeat business or providing people with quality customer service. Long story short, I requested two weeks ago for a design to be made for T-shirts on a large repeat order, and recieved a proof with just the png placed on the back.
