Aquatic Physical Therapy is the evidence-based and skilled practice of physical therapy in an aquatic environment by a physical therapist, or a physical therapist assistant under the supervision of a physical therapist. The unique properties of the aquatic environment enhance interventions for patients of all ages with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular/pulmonary, and integumentary diseases, disorders, or conditions.
In the summer of 2012 I damaged my feet and as a result was in constant pain. When the pain reached the point that I was limping and avoiding any activities in which I had to walk more than was absolutely necessary, I finally went to a podiatrist who recommended physical therapy. I had heard good things about Anderson's Physical Therapy so I decided to give them a try.
