Karen is an OSBA Certified Paralegal and an American Alliance Certified Paralegal. She received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mathematics from Otterbe in College in 1997, and is currently attending the University of Arizona with a degree designation for a Bachelor's in Law.

To serve as a community outreach throughout the United States to students persevering despite the effects of severe head trauma, Bressman Law has created a $1,000 scholarship designed to heighten public awareness of the challenges American youth face following traumatic brain injuries. This scholarship will lend financial hope for a bright future to one deserving US student.
Each year Bressman Law awards the Safe Roads Policy Scholarship. This scholarship award is $2500 and will go to any undergraduate college applicant or a student currently enrolled in a college or university who can explain valuable ways to improve the safety of our roads. We have been serving our community for over 25 years, working to protect the rights of victims following an accident.

My wife was hit from behind by another driver who was at fault. That driver's insurance company was not paying a Chiro bill and not responding. I was referred to and called Mr. Bressman who offered advice and I quickly resolved the issue.

My family and friends, 7 of us, were headed to Columbus for my son’s football game when we got rear ended by a commercial truck. At the onset, I did not retain a lawyer as the claims adjuster stated that we would be compensated.

In 2018, our family was involved in a collision while driving home from vacation. Dealing with a case out of state was far from easy but Mr Bressman and Karen made the process as smooth as possible. I was t-boned in a parking lot causing a little over $2,000 in damages to my car.
