We hired Aaron to do a home inspection for a home we are buying. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. After he spent a lot of time looking at all of the nooks and crannies of the home, he walked us through the areas of concern and gave us a lot of detailed information on what he believed were areas to concentrate on.
After receiving the report which arrived very quickly the next day, we were very impressed with the detailed report, pictures of areas of concern and check lists for items that we should consider inspecting/and or servicing. We have purchased homes in the past

Aarron was very professional and Thoreau in the home inspection. He went above and beyond the normal inspections walking the roof and under the whole house. His report was sent to us the next day.He also took the time to come back and cover the inspection report with my wife at a separate time. Was totally satisfied with Aarrons service recommend him highly.

Our inspector was fantastic. He was nice to the tenants, courteous, meticulous and excellent at explaining everything he found. I have purchased numerous properties and I know a good inspector from a poor one, and he was terrific. Would highly recommend.
