At P & J Tender Care we provide preschool and child care programs from 6 weeks to 6 years of age in Rock Island, IL and Moline, IL. We are a Fully Licensed and State Certified Center with a Silver Circle of Quality/Star Level 2 Rating from the Illinois Department of Human Services.

At P & J Tender Care our mission is to provide high quality child care and a safe learning environment for children and their families. Please know we are devoted to producing a staff that is well educated and socially compatible with our parents and your children. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our parents to help ensure the children will reap the full benefits and learning experience here at our facility.
P & J Tender Care participates in the Illinois State Board of Education Child & Adult Food Program. Upon enrollment, and annually thereafter parents will be asked to fill out an eligibility application to see if their child will qualify for free or reduced meals. Children are given three meals throughout the day.
At P & J Tender Care we have provided resources and helpful links to aid you in the process of educating your children. Partnering With Parents is a free early childhood program that provides practical, effective support for all families and their children from birth until their child enters kindergarten, usually at age 5.

I've attended this school when I was a toddler, and I'd gotta say. It was the best experience in my life. The teacher would give us fun activities and would take care of us, while all of it was being done professionally. I had a great time here! And recently, my siblings went to this daycare. And the service was phenomenal! They were treated with care, and they were given attention. I believe it's a great option to send your child here! Great service, great care, great everything!

My son was abused by a teacher who still works their. They chose the abusers over a 2 year old child. I worked their for a short time, alls I could think was "omg I sent my child here" the teacher did something again and is now getting a 2nd chance at the rock island building. She has also left children out side alone unattended, and children have left her room going unnoticed. Nobody should ever get a 2nd chance when it comes to the safety of a child!!!! If you want your child to be at risk of 2nd chance abusers this is your place. I highly recommend removing your children. This is from a former
