From the start Eagle fence was on time and very professional. I did get two other quotes, and Eagle can in the middle. After talking with all three companies, Eagle fence was by far more professional and friendly. The completed product is high quality and was installed in a very timely manner. I shopped around with several companies. Eagle was the most responsive and offered the fastest turn around time. They were good to their word. The crew came in as scheduled, worked hard and fast. The customer service was great. Very prompt and good communication. Installation was on time. I had a metal privacy fence installed. The finished product looks good but it has a lot of scratches that should have been touched up upon completion. The reason why I give it 3 stars is mainly because the doors were cut too short leaving a 2 inch gap between them and the posts. Besides, the door latch contributes to a wider gap which goes against it being a " privacy" fence. I suggest anyone requesting a fence asks for pictures or to see a display so that they know what they're getting. I also suggests

Very disappointed in this fence company. I had my black chain link fence installed May 2020 and there were issues from the start. The gate had issues closing and the installers also scraped the black paint in different areas all around the fence while installing. I had them come out and touch up all the paint and see if they could adjust the gate. I watched while they tried to adjust the gate by switching the hinges around but made it worse so they told me the gate needed to stay as it was. It was clear when the two guys came out they weren’t going to make it better so I didn’t know what else

What a great experience called them and had someone come out to give a quote and they were cheaper then all the others I had come out to quote. They gave me a time frame on how long it would take to get the permit and install it was super accurate. Fence looks great was a very easy experience. Thank you eagle fence.

I've been meaning to post this review for the past six weeks and keep forgetting to do so! Today I had a teensy tiny issue with the latch on the gate and of course Eagle Fence is coming out to take care of right away... but the real review is not only their killer top-notch customer service, my fence is beautiful!
I was really hesitant to get a fence because I didn't want to take away from the landscaping that we're working towards accomplishing, but we have three dogs, so it was necessary! So, a fence was the only way to go. Joel, Chase and Nikki are all amazing individuals and

Great fence. Adds security and home value! I got the black vinyl chain link fence. Three gates. The dog freaking loves it and so do I. Everyone wants their stuff done before everyone else. If your patience you get a good job to be proud of even if you didn't do the job.
Fence went in a week ago Monday. Gate custom fabrication took a few days plus paint then schedule install. Gate install about 1 ½ hours.
Don't get in a hurry. Permit, plans, holidays, vacations, covid-19 whatever! It all takes time. As a best guess from my experience. Plan for a month from decision to use Eagle month to material

They installed the fence, and my sprinklers were on the other side.
Broke irrigation pipe, installed the back fence on top of a
sprinkler head, and encased it in concrete. According to them
they are not responsible as per the contract.
Basically they can come to your property, damage your equipment, and leave like nothing happed. Not a reputable, company. Nor one that stands by its work.

We at first had a great experience with Eagle Fence and loved the product they provided. They later sold the company to one of their employees however and followup is dismal. One of the gate latches rusted completely away and paint is peeling off the fence in several locations. When we contacted them they at first said we were out of warranty and then said when we gave them the final inspection date that 'hardware' is not covered by the warranty. Not sure what if ANYTHING is covered. Don't use them under any circumstance.

Eagle Fence installed a fence at my neighbors house while I was out of town,when I returned part of the fence is 3 feet on my property. There employeys had came in on my property and dropped the fence in my yard without asking, pulled my new surveys stakes out of the ground and installed the the fence on the wrong serveys pegs. I have since called them and there manager informed me it was not their problem that city inspectors approved it, but after talking to city employees they informed me they do not check to see if it is installed on the right property. they do not care about who they inconvenience

Eagle fence installed a fence on my neighbor's property then proceeded to cut my Internet cable and telephone line and when I called the company they could care less. They were rude and complete morons. Dirt and rocks were thrown onto my property and not removed. Trash, wire and fence material left lying around for weeks until I picked it up. Run from these people.

This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with! They do a really poor job, then they respond with lies.
1. They installed my fence on top of the sprinklerheads, they say they are not responsible for anything in your yard, However, they apparently cant look down either
2. They installed the fence up against a stump in the yard, they say they asked to install 3 feet in, they never asked, the installers did not speak a work of English, so they lied.
3. They installed a gate that will not open properly because of the grade in the yard and another sprinkler head, they claim we 'approved

This company either doesn't know how to install a fence in FL or they simply don't care as long as they are still able to steal people's money.
We had them install a vinyl privacy fence a few months ago. At the time they stated over the phone that the fence would be able to withstand 150mph winds. We never really thought that was accurate but they offered a really good price. Little did we know that the fence would fall down in winds of 40-50 mph! Come to discover, the price was so cheap because they used shorter fence posts that only went into the ground 2 ft. with very little
