Was very pleased that Rick called to confirm the time he would arrive , I had him check our new constitution for termites, was happy he educated me and informed me of when to be concerned about treatment. The man won me over when said my fur babies were safe with what he used, now another BIG ONE Rick removed his shoes before he entered our home, thank you for your prompt response
