JC was our driver recently for three days of wine tasting in Napa. He was always on time (early actually), courteous and very helpful in making/adjusting reservations. Additionally he was a wealth of local knowledge and just a genuinely nice guy who was enjoyable to spend time with. I would HIGHLY recommend requesting JC anytime you need a driver in the Napa area.

Hired NVTT for shuttle service for our wedding in October. Unfortunately there was miscommunication regarding end of night service, and the shuttle left early. This left some guests with no transportation to return to their accommodations. We were lucky that the onsite hotel had a spare room, and we could use it for the guests.
I called to share what happened, as I was upset with the service. I appreciated the apology, and was happy that we would get a partial refund, or so I thought.
Tomorrow is December and no refund has shown up on my credit card. I plan events for a large tech company and

This year I got the pleasure of not only celebrating my own bachelorette in Napa, but also my little sisters. During her trip we booked NVTT and got lucky enough to be paired with Mark! HE WAS AMAZING. From the moment he showed up to the house a bit early and offered to start taking group pics for us, to giving us his own personalized tours at wineries and allowing us to take quick unscheduled stops, while also keeping us on track for reservations.... you guys. He is a superhero. We love you Mark!! We will be back!

I called them in September to try to use their services. The woman who took down my information stated that she would send me a detailed email with the cost and the credit authorization form. No email came. The following day, I called and left them a message. Still no email. The day after that, I called. Finally, I received an email with no cost information and a blank credit authorization form that they asked me to sign. I did not sign it or send anything back. I called them three more times and left three more messages stating that I need to know the cost and that the blank form needs to be filled

This was not my first time using them but will be my last. Poor processes and customer service. They blamed that I did not have a confirmed reservation on the customer (us). No matter how they spin it they dropped the ball. They said the agent I was working with had only worked there a few weeks at the time I booked back in May and is no longer there so she went back through the emails. They had my quote, signed credit card authorization, email strings and specifics other than the pick up location. We did not have a hotel yet so it was not set to provide.
