Services
I offer counseling therapy in sessions of 60 or 90 minutes. I have experience and expertise working with a wide variety of people and their symptoms. This includes people with severe mental health issues as well as those with more general life challenges. The initial counseling session or two involves an assessment of your medical, psychological and social history.
