PrimeCare provides quality one-on-one care to clients requiring assistance in the home, hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility. We provide care from a one time visit to twenty-four hours, seven days a week. Sometimes just a little assistance can help avoid a decline in health or independence.
Others need help to continue living safely at home or to recover from injury, illness or surgery. Individuals have different needs and PrimeCare specializes in designing a unique care plan for each client. RNs and LPNs supervise all services and are available for consulting or problem solving 24 hours a day.

Since 1993, PrimeCare has been providing elder care services to families in the Northwest Georgia area. Our professional Care Team is committed to providing families with a wide range of quality in-home care services. Our promise to our clients is simple; we'll help you to continue to live at home safely and comfortably for as long as possible.
PrimeCare's dedicated team of professionals is ready to help you and your loved ones as much or as little as needed. Our one-on-one care is built around the unique needs of each client. We meet with involved family members to develop an individualized care plan that will meet both temporary and long-term needs.
PrimeCare offers a free RN in-home consultation and assessment to discuss your service needs and answer any questions you or your involved family members may have. Our consultation is designed to help you feel more comfortable with allowing our Care Team into your home to provide that much needed assistance.

Most services are often self-pay and our team works closely with involved family to provide the needed services to fit your loved one's lifestyle and budget.
