My experience was incredible! I had Maggie help me at the Marshfield location. We spent at least 3 hours there and the entire time she was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. Maggie was just absolutely incredible and so helpful. The dresses are also a great price and amazing quality. I 10/10 recommended!

Love all the diffent style dresses and the various sizes! Being a bigger busted girl it's always hard to envision "the" dress. I believe my dress helper was Maggie she was so good at finding my style which it little different then simple and elegant. She was able to pull dresses I never even considered being that I knew what I liked but she knew me way more then I expected. Definitely a very great place to go and very amazing people.

Ordered me the wrong color wedding dress, ordered it to arrive on the wrong date (2 months later), which did not me allow to get another dress in time. Did not offer me any price reduction. Due to it being the wrong color I had to order new groomsmen shirts, which when they arrived were the wrong sizes. It was blamed on us that they were the wrong sizes. Very poor experience and customer service. Do NOT recommend.

This place is just wow..
My sister just got married recently and yes I know that Covid has slowed some stuff down but this place.....
My sister ordered her wedding dress far before any of the shut downs and it was completely wrong, and then circle the date made my sister have to pay to fix it. They ordered the some of the wrong style of dresses for the brides maids and a week before the wedding the called my sister and told her that the suits for the groomsmen were no longer available and we order months in advance.
Please when you are going to pick out dresses and tuxes for your big day do

We have been to Circle the Date for a prom dress and had the best experience, so expected nothing less with going there for a wedding dress for my daughter. We were not disappointed! Maggie was absolutely delightful to work with and has such great instincts in what will work well for that particular bride. She pulled a dress for Kasey to try on that none of us had even considered and it ended up being THE dress. It was stunning and Maggie came up with the perfect veil and accessories too. Highly recommend this shop!

I'm looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. I visited this store a couple of months ago and received no customer service - not even a "hello". I gave them a second chance. Well, once again, not a single "hello", no acknowledgment. Three associates walked past me. I walked out after looking at the dresses. I wish I could give a zero rating.

I DO NOT suggest this place to anyone. To start things off they ordered my fiances dress 2 sizes too big when they had the right size on file. Then when it came to the guys we had a scheduled appt. While i had all the guys together and we went there EARLIER than the appt and they were closed. So finally after being able to make it in again to get sized we got the call that our stuff was in so we went in and 75% of the guy's stuff was the wrong size, so after leaving i called and left a message to cancel our stuff and today i got a phone call saying we are being billed for the rentals when we never

All of the bridesmaids dresses needed $100+ worth of alterations as all the measurements were so off. All of the tuxes were off as well. They still ordered the wrong size for 3 people after they told them the size would not work. Customer service was good until you called them out on the lies and faults then they became extremely were rude and blamed me for the errors and rudeness. I would NOT recommend.

I used Circle the Date's seamstress Faye for alterations on a complicated wedding dress and she was phenomenal! I could not say enough about her. She explained things very well and was always thinking outside the box of how to make my dress fit perfectly.She understood what being a muscular person meant and how to make my dress fit comfortably on my body type. One thing she really explained well is that a train on a dress is meant to be on the ground and a bustle might fail. But, better to have the bustle fail than to have the dress fail. I got into town THE DAY BEFORE my sisters wedding, and found a hole in my bridesmaid dress. I needed to get a few inches hemmed off, and they were so awesome. I cannot thank them enough. They were super busy but still said they could squeeze it in. It was finished and ready to be picked up 3 hours later. Their rates were super reasonable too. And they didn't even charge me a rush fee.. Awesome people.
