Intramuscular Manual Therapy (IMT), otherwise known as Trigger Point Dry Needling, is a treatment for relieving pain caused by muscular tightness and spasms which commonly follow injuries that often accompany the degenerative process. Combining the Intramuscular Manual Therapy techniques with other manual and rehabilitative methods has proven to be very effective in the treatment of both acute and chronic pain, speeding up recovery time.
Focuses on the treatment of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system such as fractures, strains, sprains, tendonitis, bursitis, and post-operative conditions. We focus treatment to properly heal your injury quickly and restore your strength and range of motion. We work with athletes of ages and abilities using the most up-to-date treatment to speed up recovery after a sports-related injury to get you back in the game.

I had an injury to my hand and was unable to use it at all for one month. Cassie Cochrane is knowledgeable, caring, inventive and easy to have a conversation with. I was scared and worried about the use of my hand going back to normal and with Cassie's help I have made great strides and can do most activities just as I did before the injury.
