You can tell a lot about a business when something goes wrong. Nothing went wrong with the services provided, but the original buyers of our home were very difficult and eventually backed out. Throughout the process Ryan and Lisa were awesome. Ryan in particular went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways, including sweeping our driveway as leaves began to fall. We had the home sold again quickly for the same amount of money. The number of times he came over to the house to make sure it was in good shape since we had moved away was great. I can't say enough good things about our experience

Derek and his crew are awesome. I thought about getting a Redfin agent but wasn’t getting the individual attention they I needed. Derek guided me along the way so I didn’t feel alone in the process. We bought our first home with Claire as our agent. I cannot imagine a smoother process. She was very responsive and available when we wanted to look at houses and once we decided to make an offer. She explained to us the best strategies for having an offer accepted, and by following her recommendations, ours was! Once our offer was accepted, Claire was in contact with us constantly to make sure all of the pieces were in place and that we were getting the best case scenario. Even after closing, Claire has been available to us and any questions we as first time homeowners have had.

I know that I was probably a ‘problematic’ client and had several challenges with my qualifications as well as high expectations in the home I was looking for.
