I responded almost immediately, sent over all of my information, and said any day, anytime. Someone is there working from home, we're available.

This company is by far the best company I've ever worked with. They were reliable and ALWAYS available to answer my questions and capture my vision. Everything about our experience with Counter Culture has been amazing. Jess was able to listen to our vision and find the perfect pattern for our bathroom redo. Wayne's attention to detail is unlike anything we have ever seen. Not only does he do great work, he is also amazingly neat. Each day before leaving, Wayne always left our bathroom even cleaner than the last time. The final product is beautiful - beyond anything we could have imagined. Can't imagine anyone else could do anything as amazing as this.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I wholeheartedly recommend Counter Culture. We worked with them for the remodel of two bathrooms- the vanity tops, sinks and then the bench top, niche ledge and windowsill in a new bathroom. Their customer service and communication are beyond excellent. They went the extra mile for me during a small snafu (not their doing) that occasionally happens during remodels. I appreciate that. Don't go anywhere else.

We went in on a Tuesday and had beautiful new granite countertops installed within 2 weeks. (It was January.) Wayne and his crew helped us with more than we realized we needed help with. Precise, clean, and completed quickly. Thanks for helping us create a whole new look. Definitely recommend!

I went to the Home and Garden show simply to get ideas and collect vendor names. Once I met Cory and saw the beautiful quartz counter top of my dreams, I was hooked. Just finished up our project with Wayne and team and we will never have enough good things to say about the experience. Wayne is as meticulous and as helpful as they come from the initial bidding process through the final installation. He offered up solutions to fit exactly what we needed and even suggested and did some minor cabinet moves and adjustments to a wall to cut it down slightly to make our project turn out better for us. I couldn't have been more thrilled with both the speed in which they work, the quality of the work they do, and the communication throughout the process. Great

In the midst of a total kitchen remodel, Wayne Hileman and the team at Counter Culture provided excellent work at a very reasonable price. When we started our search for a quartz countertops, we looked everywhere from design centers to chain home improvement stores, but we weren't able to find nice countertops or get good direction there.
