Both Tim and Charles were excellent to work with while we shopped for flooring and backsplashes for our new kitchen. The store has a large selection of flooring with varying prices. Furthermore, both of them were pleasant and patient while we asked them to show us a variety of items. Unlike other store salespeople from competing stores; ; they did not say that everything we chose to view was a super and would be a fantastic thing for us to buy. They were honest and gave great customer service. Highly recommend that you contact them as you remodel your home

Ordered tile over a week ago and put a hold on project until tile came, stopped in 2 separate days and was told it wasn't in yet, finally arrived this Thursday ! (over a week now) then get a phone call to say "You're tile is in been here since Monday afternoon" after I stopped in 2 separate times ?!?! Do not recommend, should've stayed with Menards.
