I had a unique tax problem that I had been dealing with personally for years. I called and talked to Chris and shared the details of my situation. Then Chris did something I never expected. He said I had followed the proper procedures and that there wasn’t anything he could do differently than I did, and then offered me free advice on what avenues I could take. It would have been extremely easy for him to take a retainer from me and drag this process out for another 6 months to a year. Instead he was upfront and honest with me. I dare you to find this type of honesty and values in a big corporate

Chris was very attentive in responding to our tax questions. He handled our last minute filing with professionalism. I moved from Ma to NH, changed jobs, and bought rental property. I didn’t have the simplest of tax returns, not to mention I procrastinated to submit my tax information. But, Chris did a fantastic job getting my MA and federal taxes done so fast. He was super responsive and super patient. This was my first year as an independent (my mom always did TurboTax for me when I was a dependent) and I wasn’t sure how to go about my tax returns and Chris answered every question. They are super responsive, patient, and kind, Chris even gave me pointers on what receipts to save for the following year’s

Esther and her team do an amazing job. Fast, friendly and very professional. They took the time to consult prior to taking me on as a client and addressed all my questions and concerns. Esther Sawyer CPA is the best tax service that you can get. This organization provides an excellent service, with personable people who work there. Chris is a fantastic CPA, and a good stand up gentleman who offers a great tax advice and solutions.
