I came in with debilitating neck pain from past spine fusions(345). I also had lower spine surgery that I was not fully recovered from(no I am not a football player, just unlucky).
Adam and Tarra sat down with me, looked at new X-rays they took, and with those diagnosed what was causing the pain. With the use of Chiropractic my lower back is pain free ! Acupuncture and cupping have helped release the tension in my neck , and helped with daily nerve pain. "Expect Miracles" is on their company shirts. I am overwhelmingly joyous for the miracle of complete pain relief from spondylolisthesis and sciatica by Dr. Metzger! He is God's gift to those of us in pain and with impaired spines. Working on better posture, and maybe will be able to play tennis one day again without my neck popping out of place!

I had a horrible case of vertigo and couldn’t get out of bed for two days. I needed to fly out in 5 days to my daughters wedding. I called the office and they worked me in. After 2 visits and careful to follow instructions, I was able to make my flight without any dizziness. So thankful for this practice.

I HIGHLY recommend Spine and Wellness Cincinnati. I became a patient last Spring after watching the great results my Dad received from the care of Dr Metzger and Tara Metzger. My expectation was to maintain the curvature in my spine. I did not want it to become worse with age. After completing only one package (28 visits) the degree of my curve has decreased 15%!!!!

Everyone at Spine and Wellness Cincinnati is very nice, friendly and helpful. The treatments are run efficiently; I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The rooms are clean and sanitized. The office has a pleasant atmosphere, and I definitely recommend Spine and Wellness for anyone who is suffering pain and wants to try this type of alternative medicine.

This place is a scam. They just want money. They tell you they take insurance, which to me implies that they are in network for that insurance, I feel it’s important for a business to be upfront with customers and provide a caveat that they may possibly be out of network but that they will confirm. If I had known that they could be out of network I would not have gone there in the first place - or would have asked them to dOuble check this before hand - learn from my mistake!!!
