Woke up on a cold Sunday morning and the furnace would not fire. Looked on line for a good rated Heating and Cooling Co. and seen PARADISE. Made a call and the women who answered was GREAT. She sent her husband FRED the same day about 2 hours later and he had us up and running and a warm house. Come to find out he was the company who installed our new furnace 5 years ago and what a pleasure he was to work with along with his wife.

Paradise Heating & Cooling just completed repairs on our HVAC unit and I could not be happier with the service that we received. Fred was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! A different big name company tried to take advantage of me and Fred was honest from the very start. He did not try to pressure me into buying equipment I did not need. Excellent workmanship! He really takes pride in his work and I could not be happier! I have recommended Fred and Paradise Heating and Cooling to everyone I know.

Fred does good quality work and always keeps you updated as the job is being completed. He put in a new AC, furnace and water heater to replace the low quality units that were put in when the house was built. We are able to keep the AC up higher and feel more comfortable in the summer. Our furnace is no longer extremely loud when running.
