We had a wonderful experience with Flooring of America. They went out of their way to explain the different type of carpets available and went above and beyond to secure the carpet we liked and installed it in a very tight time frame. The installers also did a fantastic job on the install. The team worked hard and managed to remove and install 1400 square feet of carpet in 1 day. They cleaned up afterwards and took all the old carpet with them. I highly recommend them.

Alex was superb- very courteous, professional, friendly and patient assisting us at the showroom. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions without rushing us through the process. Installer Micheal and his co-worker were very skilled and exhibited the same high level of customer service as Sales Consultant Alex. The installers did an outstanding job! Flooring America of Oregon did a wonderful job on my new kitchen/bathroom luxury vinyl flooring. I couldn’t be more pleased!! The interactions were thorough , everybody punctual and the workmanship excellent!! They coordinated plumbing with flooring and additional carpentry so everything went smoothly over a quick 2 day installation. I highly recommend and am already referring friends!
