My mom had surgery and was prescribed a narcotic for pain. I had no hassle filling the prescription and they had the correct dosage and enough medication to fill it. Big deal, right? Well, yeah, actually it is because I originally took mom’s prescription to CVS in Pearl yesterday and bc of some technicality, they would not fill it. So the next day, I went to the MDs office to get another prescription to CVS’s specifications and too that to CVS. To my frustrating surprise, the pharm said they only have “x” amount in stock and she would lose out on those 26 pills they were short. Really?

I only rated one because no lower rating available. Hard to deal with, no one ever knows what is going on with your prescriptions or why you got a text about your prescriptions. Showed up several times after text received to pick up and no prescriptions ready. It has now been a week and a half trying to get them to send ALL prescriptions over to the new pharmacy. And they wonder why you’re switching services. POOR customer service. I could go on and on with problems I have had in the 4 short months we have used them.

They followed me around their little gift area. Staff was done nothing when I walked in to have my prescription filled. As I waited, several surrounded me with carts filled literally with nothing to pretend to work. For the record, Black people are being watched and NOT stealing, while the real thieves get away with the white-glove-five-finger-discount

Marty's Pharmacy has some of the most beautiful gift idems, the staff on the gift side are helpful and smiling☺ Great pharmacy and compounding side. They have some great, people who know you by name, and are very sweet, call in, drop off, and have delivered, The only disappointing part is they don't except e-script (refills on medication)...And they Closed ❎ on Saturday @12 and Sundays. Not Good When You Take Meds That Can't Be Filled Until Those Days..Ugh....It Can Become A Serious Issue For People Who Are Very Sick.... Very Sad😢 For The Patient....

Interesting thing... I called to give an employee my card information, so the prescription could be mailed to me. A few hours later, a different employee calls and asks for my payment information. I told her I'd already given it to an employee. I was transferred around a few times, but they never figured it out. So, I'm transferring my prescriptions, seeing as how I don't want my financial information tossed around anywhere.
