I had a real bad experience today and the people working and representing actions with poorly unconcerned and unbothered I was very disappointing my appointment was at 10:15 they called they never called me end it was 1035 everyone else was getting called, and after I went up to question it the lady seem to be very unconcerned and unbothered and did not represent professionally I left there so angry that I waste my gas and time coming and being on time, I asked to speak with a administration and was given the wrong number so I googled and found this review page and decided to leave my concern is

My doctor and nurse were great however my wait time has been excessive for an appointment I was on time to. Also the front desk staff are very difficult to deal with. They refuse to give me a print out of my charges for visit, did not give me a follow up appointment to have TB read so I have to pay for another and come back again. I feel I was way over charged or billed for services not received. I want to view what is being billed to my insurance company.

I feel like the doctor doesn't really care about the patient. The nurses do more than the doctor. I just had a physical after having asthma attacks and flare ups since March. She came in said i was fine did her usually checks and left. Didn't ask about my asthma or if i had any flare ups since her last "over the phone appointment" and even then when i had the phone appointment she said "what do you want me to do?" After I told her I kept having flare ups.

They double charged me because of their fault. I did physical exam in July with them and the blood test is include. But since my appointment was in the afternoon,I was not fasting, so the blood test was moved to the next morning. My insurance covered the physical exam for sure so I am shocked when I received a bill about the blood test. Then I spend a whole day to deal with them and the insurance company, and finally figure out it was because the clinic reported my blood test as an extra appointment by mistake!!!!!! I argued with their manager, GUESS what their manager told me?! He suggested me

Nurse practitioner Judy Smith was rude to me..she seems more money minded..she made me take an appointment twice just to refer me to a surgeon. She made me panic that something was wrong with my ultrasound and asked me to make me an appointment so that she can discuss it. On the day of the appointment when i asked about the reports she rudely said " how can i possibly know I'm not even a doctor. I'm referring you to a surgeon" . For this she made me wait for an hour..

Only giving it 2 stars because the office ladies and nurses were nice and respectful.
The old white doctor is useless. I went in there with a 930 am appointment at 850am.
Doctor only saw me for less than 20 minutes.
Basically told me to keep taking ibuprofen and come back in 2 months.
I've been dealing with my condition for years and now that I'm insured and took the TIME OFF WORK in order to make it to the appt I need to wait even more? All the while dismissing another source of pain as "just a strain don't worry about it" without even looking at it.
