We accept most insurances. Some insurance companies require a referral from your doctor for physical therapy. Please check with your insurance company before your appointment to see if this is necessary and call us if you have any questions. If you don't see your insurance listed, we may still accept your coverage.

Matt grew up in Rochelle, Illinois, and graduated from Wartburg College in 1988. He received his master's degree in physical therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1990.
