I worked for this company one day for a gig and had an uncomfortable experience. One thing I want to address is how they gave me a rating stating that I need to improve my skills. When the only responsibility I was given was to cut *ucking bread for 8 hours and then asked to take out trash lol. I've been highly skilled in professional kitchens for over 6 years. When I first arrived to my shift, there was negative conversation going on about another temp employee and I wasn't greeted until they realized I heard them. There is no diversity in this kitchen. The people that work in front are snobby

I am not sure if I can think of enough words to do this review justice. My husband and I were absolutely blown away with Colette's. We used them last weekend for our wedding at a private residence. From start to finish we were extremely impressed. We value communication and we never once felt it was lacking. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. Each step of the process was well organized. We had 0 doubts from a catering perspective coming into our big day. The day ran smoothly and the food was superb! Service staff was kind and courteous. I asked Colette to cater the 2020 Women's Conference hosted by 99.1 Church and CCYL. She was given a pretty tight budget to feed 65 women with many dietary restrictions. Not only did she achieve the goal of meeting budget and every restriction, but the food was spectacular! The women giggled with glee at each unveiling of what would be served at the three meals being served. Thank you, Colette. You are amazing. Your team is amazing. Anyone considering a DIFFERENT catering service needs to stop and call Colette.

I attended a business meeting with 30 in attendance yesterday and I had my first experience with Colette's Catering. WOW! Our meeting has had many catered lunches and nothing has come close to the experience that Colette and her team provided. The food was absolutely delicious! It was clear that a profession had prepared the food with passion. I love Mexican food and eat it often. The enchilada's made by Colette's Catering were a step above what what I experience in well know Mexican restaurants. The ingredient were fresh and the food was served at the perfect temperature. My family and I had Colette's Catering organize a plated dinner for 8 at our home. The event had appetizers, a salad, entrée, and dessert. Colette worked with me on the menu and wine pairing suggestions. She was easy to work with on the phone, email, and text messages. The three-person crew (chef and two assistants) arrived on time, did a fantastic job with the set up, and the food was outstanding. They prepared the food, served and cleared the plates, and cleaned all the dishes. I provided the wines but they opened the bottles and kept the glasses filled. All in all, the event went exactly as

I went to a party they catered and the food was okay but for as many tens of thousands they charged for 1000 people a five star meal should have been expected, not dry finger foods you have to eat while standing in line before you get to the next spot. Not only would I never in a million years use their services but I'll do everything in my power to ensure nobody I know (business or personal) ever uses them again.
