SAD :( . After being contacted by our Auto service Roadside assistance and told it would be $11.75 above the $100.00 that they cover, the wrecker was dispatched. It was stated upfront that the wrecked vehicle needed to be towed to our home from the accident site. A big truck with a rollback trailer and a wench arrived and then after getting the vehicle said that if we take it to their lot, it will be covered by the initial cost quoted but to take it to our home we had to pay an extra $136.00 for their "winching service". What a rip off. It's uncertain to me how they planned

DON'T EVER CALL OR USE THESE PEOPLE! I Called My Insurance Company For Roadside Assistance At My Home To Pick Up My Vehicle For Service. The Guy Comes Out Picks Up My Vehicle And Then Proceeds To Drive Over My Lawn With My Vehicle On His Wrecker! WTH! I Had To Call The Insurance Company To File A Complaint. Then I Call The Guy To Find Why Is It Necessary To Drive Over My Lawn With His Wrecker With My Broke Down Vehicle Leaving Tire Ruts On My Lawn! So The Tries To Blame Me For The Tire Ruts He Leaves On My Lawn With His Wrecker With My Broke Down Vehicle On It. Again WTH! DON'T EVER CALL THESE

My car died in the North Georgia Mountains on a Sunday morning and Lovers Lane Auto Sales was contracted thru my Insurance companies Roadside Assistance program. Although I didn't get to choose my tow company, I am so glad Lover Lane Auto Sales (LLAS) came to the rescue. The driver (Chris) was super helpful and I enjoyed his conversation as we figured out how to get my car on the truck. Chris had no complaints and was able to figure out how to winch my car using a tree in order to ensure that my car was not damaged as he pulled it up onto the truck. Chris was a true professional. He

After a recent business meeting in Alabama, our company car broke down on I-75 S near Adairsville, GA. Lovers Lane Auto Sales towing gave us very prompt and courteous roadside assistance after the original towing company, (Martin's Garage and Wrecker out of Cartersville, GA- gave them 1 star but a negative 10 would've been a better score), that our roadside assistance had called, cancelled without any explanation after waiting on them for an hour and 15 mins.
