Services
Dr. Carolyn Filla graduated in 2016 from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She moved across the country from Wisconsin to join our community, having fallen in love with southern hospitality and our beautiful mountains. Bright Futures Chiropractic opened in 2017 to provide our area with prenatal, pediatric and family chiropractic care.

It was back in the fifth grade that Dr. Carolyn decided to become a chiropractor. She had a hip injury that was causing her pain. Her family didn't usually go to the medical doctor for small concerns but instead took Dr. Carolyn to the chiropractor. During Dr. Carolyn's undergraduate education, her nephew was scheduled to have tubes put in his ears for a chronic infection.
Amber has lived in Maryville since 2013 and is married with three wonderful children. Her chiropractic journey started in 2018 when she and her husband decided they wanted to be more proactive with the health of the entire family, especially their children. Dr. Carolyn was one of the only chiropractors in the area to specialize in pediatric care at the time and was a huge hit with the whole family!

While there can be relief for many back-related ailments, the real story behind what we do is far more. Inside of your spine runs your spinal cord. This cord is a continuation of your brain going out to the rest of your body.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Carolyn!!!! She has been my saving grace since May 2019 and both of my boys have used her. I love Dr Carolyn and I highly recommend her skills and knowledge! If you are in need of chiropractic care CALL HER!!!! She’s fabulous!! Dr.Carolyn, Amber and Pam ALWAYS welcome her clients with smiling faces and positivity!!! If I had to give up chap stick or Dr.C it would be the chap stick!!!!! She’s AMAZING!!!!!!

We love Bright Futures and Dr. Carolyn. We first started seeing her several months ago for my infant daughter. I love her gentle approach, and it is evident that children and mamas are her passion. We have seen major improvements in our goals, and I believe BFC has played a huge part in that success!

If you are looking for a chiropractic office that listens to your needs, regularly touches base back on those needs and gets results, Carolyn is for you. I went in with issues from being a new mom and scoliosis. I am, for the first time in many years, well enough to sleep, move, sit and lay without pain. I would recommend Bright Futures to anyone!

Carolyn has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond on every single adjustment. She’s adjusted, my neck, my spine, my knees, my elbows, my sinuses, etc. I had no idea chiropractic care could do so much. My little girl absolutely adores her and has fun at every single adjustment. She has really made her start to love going to the chiro and makes us feel like family. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! She is a huge blessing to our entire family. ❤️

I cannot say enough about how amazing Dr. Carolyn is. I went to a chiropractor for over a year prior without a lot of difference, after my 1st adjustment at Bright Futures I could already tell a difference in how I was feeling. She is absolutely amazing! To top off she is great with kids and my little girl absolutely loves her!
