Very happy with our new HVAC unit just installed today. When called to check out our old unit Donald was there that same day. Within a week the new unit was installed. Working great. Crew was again on time and did a great job. Now that's how you run a successful business. Thank you so much. Ready for the next heat wave :)

Pridgen brothers came to my rescue again today. My AC croaked on one of the hottest days of the summer and freaked! I called PB and told them I had an 81year old bedridden parent with breathing issues and my AC had died and needed it repaired asap. I was desperate! Lo’ and behold they had arrived and put on a new fan motor and had the ac running in 3 hours from when I called. We’ve been using them for 18 years and are so pleased with their service.
