Poor or incomplete planning. Never start a remodel project until all the details have been decided and a final plan is specified, drawn out, and agreed upon with your contractor. Make sure the final plan is completed and all items related to the project have been chosen and properly priced out, including all trade labor needed to complete the project.
How long does it take to remodel a hall or guest bathroom? A. Depending on the depth of your remodel, a face-lift takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks, while a full renovation is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Q. Can I purchase my own materials? A. Yes, on some items. For example: hardware such as knobs and pulls, robe hooks, towel bars, mirrors, light fixtures, etc.

Burton's Luxury Bath and Kitchen remodeled our master bathroom and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We had our old soaker tub replaced with a custom walk-in shower. They replaced our old vanity, sinks, faucets, and toilet and installed new cabinetry, lighting fixtures, windows, and flooring. Burton helped us design everything so the colors and textures complimented each other (which took a lot of stress off us).
His team made extra efforts to mitigate any dust or dirt created by the remodeling by installing a dust barrier wall and laying down tarps in any area outside
