They sent one person out to do entire install which was half the house and all furniture. Took all day and carpet was not properly stapled and loose in several areas. Called to have done properly and the day they were supposed to come thru cancelled after we called to confirm. Sent two guys out following week and they couldn't do it because "company policy" won't pay them since they weren't the original installers. So why did you send them out in the first place. Now have to wait until weekend but wouldn't be surprised if they cancel that day too. Worst experience ever!!

I am a returning customer and went there for two bathroom floors. I picked out 3 samples, brought them home, picked out the one i wanted, then called the store. I placed two phone calls asking for Mike who took care of me initially. I was told he was busy with a customer. What am I ? That was told to me both times. I waited patiently.... no call back. I waited until the next day, still no call back. I went to the store this morning expecting to see customers preventing Mike from calling me back today.
