Took car in for service and was greeted , professionally, and very respectful, appointment time was just as they set it and was in and out less then the time I expected to be with no sign of tech being in the car other new paper mat being down on floor board. I contacted the service department because I am needing a repair on my vehicle. I was asked if I bought the vehicle there. I explained that it was purchased in a different state when I lived out of state at the time. I further explained that I have had the car both serviced and repaired there over the last 6 years only at Geri Lynn Nissan since moving to this town. Since I didn't purchase the car there they will not schedule an appointment for me. It's disappointing that I have been a loyal customer since moving back with my maintenance and repairs. Hello Everyone, I know everyone might not have experienced what I have. I went ahead and bought a used car from this place. Well knowing cars are as is, I decided to get the extended warranty to be on the safe side. The car is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Well the car has a 100,000 miles on it which usually means it still has a good bit of life if we’ll maintained. Well for the first week the abs light came on along with the traction control light. I had a great experience with this dealership. My salesman, Nick, was great and helped me get into my dream SUV that I'd been wanting for years! I had to bring my vehicle back in because there was a leak in the sunroof which is a common problem with sunroofs and the dealership took great care of me and my family! The manager Justin was also wonderful to deal with and everyone made us feel like part of the family.. I had to bring my kids with me and they entertained them with coloring and their macaw Polly which was neat for the kiddos. My son still has his coloring of Polly on the fridge.

My family and I were extremely disappointed with our experience. My mother has been in desperate need of a car for months now, as her current one is a death trap, and can't even pass inspection. We went to Geri Lynn for the Memorial Day sale, and informed our sales associate straight up: "We need a used car, for under $10,000, and we need something with low monthly payments, under $200.
