Arrow Pest Control began in 1967, when Marion Bowen opened the first office in Prattville. Prattville has grown tremendously since then, and so has Arrow. The company is one of the largest pest control companies in Central Alabama, doing business daily in Prattville, Millbrook, Montgomery, and the surrounding areas.
In 1981, Terry Bowen, Marion's son, joined the business. Together, the father-son duo, have over 70 years experience in the pest control industry. Since then, Arrow Pest Control has become a three generation business with the addition of Terry's sons Greg and Paul. Throughout the years, Arrow has updated and modernized its procedures to provide the best service possible.

This place is FANTASTIC! We are new to the region so we had no idea what to expect with bugs, so we signed up for quarterly service. Appreciate the fact that they’ll come out before your next service if needed. I love the fact that not only do the come and spray, they do so much more!! They explain everything to us! What kind of bug they are, how long they will last, what they are attracted to, what we can do besides their service. Every experience I have had with Arrow Pest Control has been amazing. They are always very prompt and show up exactly when they say they will. Their customer service is incredible. The gentleman who came out today even helped me bring in groceries from my car. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I have used Arrow pest control for over 3 years now and they have never made me want to look for anyone else. There have been times where I have called in to ask questions and the staff has taken their time to answer any question I've had no matter how stupid. The service representatives that they send to the house are always kind and respectful, as well as informing me of things I did not no( like after having a baby you don't want to spray inside the house for a little while) and of course no bugs in the house so their products definitely work. This being a local business I definitely prefer

After a recent service visit by Arrow Pest, we found that prescription medication had been stolen by the service rep. Despite being a customer for 12+ years, the manager/owner would not consider that one of his service techs would steal and did not do a proper or professional investigation. We did report the theft to the police and learned that ours was not the first complaint filed against Arrow and the same service tech. It seems that management at Arrow is either in denial about their employees or cares not how the employees treat customers. Perhaps it is both. Do not trust employees of
