WoodsEdge Children's Center
At WoodsEdge, we are committed to providing an enriching and joyful educational environment built on relationships to nurture children's growth and develop their potential through play, discovery, and exploration of nature. We believe that teachers are not the sole dispensers of knowledge but rather they help cultivate children's curiosity and facilitate their learning based on individual interest and learning style.

WoodsEdge has been absolutely wonderful. Our daughter, Nora, just transitioned into the toddler room, and had such a positive experience while in the infants. Her teachers, Miss Anna and Miss Tasha, always provide us with great communication. We love getting the daily reports through the Tadpoles app, and the pictures they send make our day!
Services
WoodsEdge Children's Center is located in Sudbury, (Framingham & Marlboro line) MA. WoodsEdge Children's Center strives to provide a nurturing environment in an educational setting. The curriculum stresses learning through play, discovery, and exploration. There is an appreciation for learning that happens when children are encouraged to explore personal interests at their own place.
The infant program provides a safe and nurturing environment. Caregivers present infants with a sense of trust by meeting their needs and engaging in positive and loving social interactions. They have been learning by seeing, tasting, touching, smelling, and listening during sensory exploration experiences!
In preschool, open-ended curriculum experiences nurture children's development in all four areas: emotional, cognitive, social, and physical. The environment created by teachers provides children with a safe place to explore. Curriculum areas dictate clear expectations where children learn to make choices of interest.

My son has attended WoodsEdge Children's Center for more than three years -- since he was three months old. The care he has received in the infant, toddler and now preschool classroom has been exceptional. He has grown so much due to the talented teachers, the hardworking administrators, the wonderful physical space and the creative approach to a child's first school experience.

I highly recommend WoodsEdge to any family who seeks a family atmosphere in a bucolic setting with truly outstanding caregivers.

I love woodsedge. I sent my daughter here and she loves it and from the very first day i felt comfortable with leaving my daughter here. While i was filing out the enrollment paperwork Jackie, the owner, was really helpful and very sweet. She took my daughter to see her classroom and my daughter made a friend before i even left for work the 1st day she was there and felt comfortable staying. Since then all the teachers have made my daughter feel very comfortable. Jackie is the best director and very helpful and cares about me and my daughter and always trys to help us. Our son started at WoodsEdge when he was 3 months old and we are thrilled with the staff, facilities and attention given to our child.

All the staff are extremely caring, experienced and communicative. Throughout the first week they texted and emailed photos and updates, which really helped me transition back to work. I feel totally comfortable leaving my son in their hands every day.

Jackie, the owner is awesome and really involved in every stage of the daycare (infant - preK) and knows each kid. She promotes healthy snacks and a ton of outdoor time.

My 3 children all attended the woodsedge program and I have not regrets. It is a well-run non-profit center that puts 100% of your money toward a quality program. The staff at woodsedge is very experienced and engaged with the children. The program and curriculum was engaging for my children and clearly adapted to their individual needs. They had plenty of spare for the children both inside and out. Classes were well-sized and I seldom felt like my children were lost in the crowd. An excellent choice and good value for childcare.
