Went here for the first time last week after hearing such a great report from my mom about them. Even though there was a minor issue with my appointment (I made it online and it was nothing really to do with them), they were still able to get me in and did a great job servicing my van. I highly recommend Demore's and I will definitely be coming back the next time I need any service done.

I absolutely love the excellent service I receive from the staff at Demore’s. I have a very busy life, yet whenever I need their help, they are always so accommodating. Just recently I had a lot of repairs done to my fairly old, but well loved F 150. They also provided me with a loaner car for which I was extremely grateful. Everyone from the auto techs to the office staff couldn’t be more courteous or professional. I have been a long time customer of Demore’s and I would highly recommend them to anyone that would like exceptional car care!

The first time I went to Demore's was about a month or two ago and I just set up another appointment to go back for another (irrelevant) issue. They are SO wonderful! I had some issues with my Forester accelerating and they diagnosed it quickly and informatively. I had never been there before, had only heard from locals that they can be on the expensive side, but worth every penny. That's fine by me. However, I feel like they're reasonably priced for what they provide. They gave me a fully printed out report with photos and specific descriptions after courtesy-inspecting my car. I've brought my car for service to Demore's Automotive a few times over the last year. My car is 12 years old and requires more maintenance than a normal car. Every time I've brought my vehicle in for repair the team at Demore's has been very accommodating and taken my car right away. They are very helpful and informative when explaining to me the issue with my vehicle. We often had 5 vehicles with our kids. The owners Jay and Michelle are always willing to help. I hope they stay in business as long as we drive cars.
With just 2 cars now we often do a back to back routine service. Now servicing a 2003 Lexus and 2014 Toyota Camry.
In the past 1999 Cadillac, 2001 Ford F-350, tiburon, expidition, Chrysler's, Dodge Ram, Sebring, Jeep Cherokee's, Ford 500, Chevy conversion van, etc. I'm sure

Since becoming a costumer of Demore's 9 years ago, I have always felt Jay has guided and informed me to his best abilities. I have entrusted him with my family's car and he takes care of my husband's car which is driven a 150 miles a day. Jay has and does tend to the cars of my parents, brothers and friends.
