Services
Family law is a legal practice that focuses on issues involving family relationships such as adoption, divorce, and child custody, among others. Attorneys practicing family law can represent clients in family court proceedings or in related negotiations and can also draft petitions or property agreements.
We know divorce is a terrible thing to go through, but without an attorney to help you navigate the complicated and challenging legal regulations, it will be that much harder for you. You need professional attorneys that have your best interest in mind. Brunelle | Conklin can help you navigate the legal issues of divorce and will always fight for the best outcome you can receive.
When you find yourself on the wrong side of the law, it's important to have legal representation that will act swiftly and defend you aggressively. The attorneys at Brunelle | Conklin know how to draw connections between key pieces of evidence and build you a strong case. This ensures you receive the best possible outcome in your case.
DUIs are more common today largely thanks to police efforts to catch offenders. But no matter the circumstances leading to a DUI arrest, this type of charge can have serious consequences. If you have been arrested for DUI, it is imperative you hire an experienced attorney. Trying to deal with the legal issues of a DUI on your own could result in harsher punishment than if you leave the situation to an attorney.
Drug possession charges, also known as simple possession or casual exchange, are very serious and carry heavy consequences in Murfreesboro TN. Simple possession charges are misdemeanors in Tennessee. This means they carry a maximum penalty of a fine up $2,500 and up to 11 months and 29 days in jail if convicted.

It’s hard to put into words how fantastic Amanda Conklin was as my attorney. To say she was compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable just isn’t enough- she is an absolutely fantastic attorney, and the most caring person to work with. She was so knowledgeable as I needed to navigate a divorce, and she was the most amazing advocate for me. Every time I met with her or communicated with her, I felt like she genuinely cared. I would highly recommend her.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Amanda was amazing throughout our court process. She was patient, professional, courteous and truly cared about us, our case and the outcome. I hope we do not need an attorney again but if we do I know exactly who we will contact.
Thank you for everything.

Don’t waste your money. I hired her three years ago to handle probate after my husband’s death.
So now three years later another attorney is handling the case. I was not directed correctly at all, as I have heard from the current attorney, and the Judge as I have had to go to court.

Amanda Conklin helped me through a difficult divorce and remained professional and compassionate to the end. She helped me remain calm and focused on what was important, but listened to all my concerns. She is clearly respected in the community and in the courtroom. I would highly recommend her.

Alex Jennings did a great job with drawing up my husband's and my will and with the update. We were pressed for time on the day we came to sign them showing up early hoping to be able to get in and out quickly.
Mr. Jennings and staff accommodated us nicely. Thank you, Mr. Jennings, for this peace of mind.
