Bauers, Hawkins, O'Sadnick & Company was founded in 1977 by Ron Bauers and Ken Hawkins. Annie O'Sadnick joined the firm in 2003. Since founding the firm, our philosophy has been to provide personalized, quality service to our clients. Ron Bauers received his bachelors degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 1973. He passed his state boards to obtain his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1977. Ron provides services for closely-held business, middle market companies, not-for-profit organizations, with individual and corporate tax planning, filing, estate planning, and general business consulting.
