For my 20 years in real estate I have gotten signs from Jack Pratt. During that time I have also ordered signs from national companies, but those have all fallen apart years ago, and i still have Jack Pratt frames that are over 10 tyears old that I still use. yes, the national companies are a bit cheaper, but considering the life expectancy of the JP signs, it ends up being cheaper. Monte Pratt is now the 3rd generation head of the company. I went independent last year, and worked with Monte to create a beautiful and effective custom sign.
