Your inspector, Kenneth Woolbright will assist and work with you until you have a complete understanding of the many systems and components of a home. We realize how valuable timing is during this critical time. Our inspection reports are always completed and delivered the same day of inspection. Home inspections usually take around 2-4 hours depending on the size and condition of home.
We have flexible scheduling and cater to our clients needs. A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home to find items that are not performing as intended or items that are unsafe. Our goal is to put a home buyer in a better position to make an informed buying decision by fully understanding the conditions of the home.

Gold Star Home Inspections, LLC encourages your attendance during the inspection, however it is not required. We have flexible scheduling and cater to our clients needs. Our inspection reports are computer generated with pictures and illustrations. After the inspection the inspector begins assembling the report.
As a professional house and building inspection company, one of our primary jobs is answering questions. One of the most common questions we get is, "Should I have my brand new house inspected?" It's a fair and honest question. The short answer is YES. But you expected us to say that, right? Let me tell you why it's a fair and honest answer.

Ken was a phenomenal inspector. I'm writing this review about 4 years late but his report was very thorough. He included even minor things that may not get fixed by the seller but still something to negotiate for/fix yourself. I truly appreciated his expertise, and the house ended up being a great purchase in hindsight.
I wanted to write the review because I'm buying a house in OKC now. Although it is outside of Ken's area, I reached out to him (4 years later) to see if he knew any inspectors here. He took his time on the phone and looked at the different companies I was considering and gave feedback
