We are a strength and conditioning company that represents what going barefoot represents. Stripped down. Minimal but effective. Our methods are based on the principles we created while working in special operations in the U.S. military. Now, we help everyone from professional fighters to triathletes to weekend warriors.
We have small-group workout sessions scheduled throughout the day, and if your situation or schedule requires something more personalized, we also have semi-private and private training options. If you're tired of wasting your time with workouts you can't stick to, programs that lead to injury or burnout, fad diets, counting calories and gimmicks that never work, then this is the place for you.
