Nolan is a joke. And they lie. Done 2 big loads for over 26,000 and they have no recollection of the loads, even though we have signed Bol and POD, At this time anyone who works for Nolan better start looking for another job. And a better future, because you don't want to be in a group of thevies.So from here on out do not book with Nolan if you do keep the load till they pay you

If I could give it negative stars I would. My company and I have been trying to get a hold of NTG, and no one is answering their phones or emails. They're just like a typical broker, given out heavy freight for super cheap, especially when the costs of operating are going up thru the roof.
I'm going to reconsider working with NTG in the future.

Tried all of their different office numbers and no one answered. Needed additional info for pick up. I know it 3am on Dec 26 but being such a big company you have at least couple people to answer the phone anytime as you promised.

Well. I’ll share my experience as a carrier.
NTG does not worth to work with them. They give you the load and then they don’t give a ****.
They don’t answer phone, neither emails.
Load I got I had to wait 12h till got out of facility.
James Tart who booked the load with my carrier on 7th at 6 am, he left his office until 12th. Now I can’t speak regarding this load with nobody.
In any short words.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY POOR SERVICES.

They call to make sure you make your appointment time. After that, they no longer answer the phone. Been emailing the broker he doesn't respond. Try to get in contact with the account manager he has the person that answers the phn to ask why I'm calling. They don't like to pay detention or reimburse you for lumper fees...Don't do business with Jerry Achille/ Tyler Craton

This load was for Alabama to Alabama , I had to pay the unloading fee 130 dollars. I’ve been trying to reach the broker and tried calling my sales rep no answer . The broker didn’t release the whole payment. Holding 200 dollars for something that was a misunderstanding on Nolan . It’s was no way I was going to make it to drop off at 6am if I was double booked. And Nolan was aware of it. Basically Nolan wanted me to hold the load overnight to avoid a holding fee from the shipper. Having me running the load for cheap. One of the worst.

Nolan Transportation Group is all about perfect service. I have worked with these guys for a quite a bit long time and they are my favourite brokerage company.
I want to put Joseph and Ariel to spotlight especially, because they are the ones who knows the market very well and help you get loads with an amazing prices that you can not resist.

I am having a hard time getting paid from this company. Driver had to pay a lumper fee because no one was answering the phone to give a ComChek number. Now they are giving the run around about authorization for reimbursement. Supervisor doesn't want to answer emails, and payables staff can only email her with questions and wait for her to respond. This may be the last load we pull for this company.
