Services
Proper eye care is important for people of all ages and regular eye exams are encouraged for everyone, but especially for those already using glasses or contact lenses. Your vision plays a vital role in your life each and every day, which is why it is so important to take the right steps for maintaining good eye health.
Dr Wilson and his staff are the best! I had an emergency of needing to be seen and they were able to get me in that same day with no issues! And they are all helpful with explaining thing so that I could understand what was happening with my eyes. I cannot say enough good things about Pine Creek Vision Clinic.
Pine Creek Vision Clinic offers comprehensive eye examinations for the whole family. Many people overlook eye examinations for their infants and toddlers. The American Optometric Association recommends vision exams at 1, 3, and 5 years of age. Many vision problems can go undetected and are treatable at an early age.
Here at Pine Creek Vision Clinic, we offer contact lens examinations. Nowadays, most people prefer to wear contacts instead of glasses. If you are interested in contact lenses, please let your eye doctor know prior to your appointment. During your exam, we will discuss the various contact lenses available and determine the best option based on your individual needs and lifestyle.
With so much going on in your child's life it can be difficult to keep up, but it's important to make sure they can see the world in front of them as clearly as possible. Children should have their first eye exam around the age of six months. If the first exam shows their eyes are healthy, follow up with another appointment between the ages of 2 and 3 years.

I met AJ during her lunch break at a store I’m currently the GM at. AJ was like a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and made a comment about a pair of Coach frames I was wearing. I explained to her I had such a terrible experience at another eye care office and that’s when she told me she worked at Pine Creek Vision. AJ gave me some insight on the steps to take regarding that particular office and explained once it was all figured out to give her a call and she’d get me in with one of her Doctors. A few weeks later I called AJ and was ready to schedule that appointment. She scheduled me

I had a very poor experience at Pine Creek vision clinic. I waited over a month for my appointment, walked to the reception desk and was told that my insurance was out of network. I had filled out all of the information prior and they never contacted me to let me know. I had to take a sick day from work and completely wasted my time. Make sure you know who you're dealing with when you go and get your vision checked at Pine Creek vision, as they don't take the time to properly notify their patients.

Terrible experience. I was referred to Pine Creek Vision due to a traumatic brain injury. After my referral was approved by my insurance company, I scheduled an appointment for prism training. When I arrived for the appointment they surprised me with a paper stating my insurance wouldn’t cover all of the appointment. During the appointment I showed them my normal prescription and expected them to incorporate the prescription into prism lenses. When I picked the glasses up, they did not have my prescription and I was told that I needed to wear my contacts to go along with the glasses. Thinking

Dr.Wilson is the best in town. He really wants to help people with vision. My ex has been going to him for a few years after a stroke that left him seeing double. Dr.Wilson got him in glasses that allowed him to actually see not double. I went in with an eye concern he got me all fixed up. Hands down him and his staff are the best in town.

I’ve been coming to Pine Creek Vision Clinic for about 5 years. The service has been phenomenal from the beginning, however when I first came, I couldn’t afford my prescription. Time went by, finances got better and I’m now able to afford my glasses. Thankfully they take Medicaid. Unfortunately Medicaid doesn’t help with the cost of frames and lenses. So now that I have the means to get my absolutely ridiculous prescription filled, I have excellent glasses and I can SEE Y’ALL! Dr. Saxerud has been working with me in what I call vision physical therapy. Idk what they call it in the office

Prince Creek Vision Clinic is an excellent practice for treating vision. I see Dr. Mike there at the office. He is an expert at treating vision after a head injury or other trauma. He changed my entire life and I am feeling so much better. I am really pleased with the staff there as well. They are so friendly and helped me get my frames adjusted correctly to my face.

I feel that the office staff was very professional and very friendly. I also feel that Dr. Saxerud is very determined to find out the problem as well as the solution instead of just guessing as a doctor should be. He was also very friendly and explained everything as we went along so that I fully understood. He was open to also talk to the person working with my rehabilitation with my eyes so that she also knew what was going on. I was very very pleased with my visit and I feel that Dr Saxerud has given me renewed hope to get my dizziness cleared up yet.

My son and I needed to select a different provide due to INS changes. I selected Pine Creek Vision Clinic due to ratings and proximity to our home. Upon arriving we were greeted warmly waited for no more than 10-15 minutes, the doctor brought us both back and performed our eye exams seamlessly. He then took my son over and taught him how to put his contacts in. We were then taken to their eyeglass area where all of our covered items/allowances had been pre-printed so we knew exactly what our options were and how much out-of-pocket expense there would be. We chose our glasses, paid and were out

I absolutely love Pine Creek Vision for all of my
family's optometric needs! Dr Wilson is amazing and his staff is wonderful. We are always given the best care and with several of my kids wearing glasses, it's so important to get the best vision services, and that's guaranteed here! They have a very nice selection of frames and sunglasses so it's a one stop shop. They take most major insurance, which is wonderful!

I've gone to Dr. Tom Wilson for my eyes for about 20 years now-- in 4 different offices. This is by far the best, most up-to-date office! I love the photomap of the eye! He keeps previous photos so he can compare year to year any changes in your eye. It is so easy and no dialating! They accept insurance, credit cards and CareCredit, which helps. Reasonable charges as well. They have a large selection of eyewear available as well with professional help to get the right frame in the right size for your face.
