Working with Linda DeVito was one of the best parts of moving for our family. We had the exact opposite experience of the recent one star review of Linda, which makes me wonder if there was more to the story than was posted. Working with Linda Devito was one of the worst experiences in our lifetime, and in the process was a discredit to the Broker she works for. We expected that Linda would be working for us and advertise our property to attract interested buyers and get competitive bids that were close to our asking price. In fact she failed to act on our behalf and conducted the transaction as a private cash sale. The property was showed to only one client who coincidently turned out to be the buyer. All of this happened without discussion or our consent. At every step of the way we were misinformed, misrepresented

From a individuals buyers perspective, Land auction with this company is, for a lack of a better term, Rigged or biased toward developers and logging firms. Residents will not have any success on land nor real estate with this firm, unless willing to overpay market price. the bidding process allows for compiling land to eliminate your winning bid on any given tract. Example, there are 1 tract with 5 lots. Round 1 you win the bid on your lot of choice. Your bid will be pushed higher, as the logging/developer competition understands they have a second round and will eliminate you by stretching your
