Upon arrival found customer had a 40 gallon gas water Heater that was installed back in 1993! Installed a brand new 50 gallon Rheem water heater complete with new expansion tank, and ball valve. Basement kitchen for this customers in law suite was backing up, found the old pump no longer working and needed to be replaced.
I had a leaky water main and had Chad come out and give me some options. He gave a very honest assessment and never tried to oversell me on anything. I feel like a lot of times people try to always push for the expensive solution, which he did not. He told me that his work is very thorough and they may not be the cheapest but they are the best.

I had a drip coming out of a light fixture in a soffit in my bathroom ceiling. Northside (technician: Tyler) showed up super fast and fixed it quickly, and explained thoroughly what was going on with the pipe inside the soffit. Second time they’ve done work for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

We’ve had the best experience you can have with a business with Northside Plumbing. They installed a water heater for us. All employees are courteous, easy to talk to when explaining the issue, very flexible with scheduling, always give a call on their way, always on time. They’ve come out to perform warranty work on parts that have gone bad and go out of their way to make it right. Chad, Farah, Tyler, and Joseph have all been a pleasure to work with. And the fact that it’s a Veteran Owned Business is an added bonus. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

Had to have two water heaters replaced. One was in a weirdly configured closet. Tyler and Joseph made the effort to track down the size/model that would fit in that tight space. It took some doing on their part to accomplish that! Both were courteous and professional and stayed in contact with me as the installations progressed. Great with explaining the situation in layman’s terms. Definitely would recommend them. Thank you to Tyler and Joseph!
