Our realtor was Josh Packer. To say the least couldn't ask for a better person to sell us our forever home! Anytime I had any questions he was right there w the answer and if he didn't know he would find the answer within 24 hours. 100% honest and would not play any games. Thank you Josh!!

I have been under contract for a home listed by Tamer Gomaa, 6 weeks of negotiations and we still don’t have anything definitive. He does not respond to repeated texts, emails, or calls. My agent had to contact his broker, Earl Shirk, about the issues, but nothing has changed. Last week, after he missed the deadline to respond to our inspection responses I was fed up and left a poor review on another site. Today, the broker contacted my agent to tell him he is suing me for my review, he also indicated that he would be recommending to the sellers that they don’t proceed with selling their home

You made my home purchase the worst experience one could have. This was not my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd real estate transaction, but real estate agents like Deb Geist could make it my last. Her demanding nature and unprofessionalism made the experience horrible. She bullied my agent and also my mortgage broker to the point of wanting to call off the sale. This is suppose to be a happy time for people when they purchase real estate but Deb Geist

They were soooooo nice, plus professional! I was selling my home of 32 years. I was the third generation to live there, Grandparents built it in 40's.
