Tony is definitely the right guy you would never regret hiring for your transportation needs. You will have a great conversation with this guy. He is very personable and friendly. The vehicles are really clean and so comfy. If you need any vehicle for different purposes such as limos and party buses, you should try this company. It is the best in AZ. I have tried twice and have never been disappointed so far.

Words can't express how grateful my family is for Adam. Two days in a row he went above and beyond for my elderly parents. My Mom went to the ER and I live out of state and was coordinating a ride home for her. Every location said it would take a couple of hours and I called Adam. Even though he wasn't working he so graciously said he was 10-minutes away and he would pick up my Mom. Pure relief.
My father who has dementia took their car and ended up in Payson. Naturally he shouldn't be driving and the police took him to the Payson Hospital for evaluation. Adam stepped up again and

Top Notch is an understatement! They should be called above and beyond!!!
We scheduled transportation for our entire weekend and we're never disappointed. On our first day we enjoyed the white bus from the airport to our hotel and then to a fun dinner at Top Golf. Tony took great care of us and all our needs!
The next day on our adventure to the Salt River tube float Brian was super knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed the large black party bus with plenty of room for us and our necessities.
Our final ride was with Adam who safely transported my husband and I to the airport in record

We came upon Top Notch transportation through the VIP Scottsdale bachelorette guide and WOW am I glad we did! I contacted Adam about a ride from the airport and ended up booking him to transport a group of us 12 girls for the whole time we were here. It was SO nice not having to deal with Uber or Lyft (and also being able to have a cold beverage on our drives). All of the drivers are so fun but still professional. The vehicles are all extremely clean. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arizona!!

While I appreciated Adams time he took to try to get us a bus, it did not work out. Everytime I reached out he was in the middle of something. I talked to him many times. I told him via text we wanted to book and he had me email the details I did. Almost a week prior to the trip I went to confirm and he told me he did not have a bus reserved for me on our date. He went on to tell me I did not send him the details, I had proof I did. I talked to him at 9 the next morning, he again said he was busy and would have to move buses around. It was 4pm and never heard anything back. He was not apologetic

All I can say is OUTSTANDING service!!! I tried booking at the last minute I was unable to find a Limo, Adam at Top Notch was also sold out, after a short time Adam text me to see if I was able to find anything for our family celebration, I had not, Adam went out of his way to call another company he trusted and explain our situation and book it for us. We had such an amazing time, the limo and driver were professional, friendly and even took us places they thought we would enjoy. The service, follow up, follow through and work Adam did for our event is amazing and will ALWAYS be remembered

UPDATE: Adam, who's also the owner apparently didn't like my Yelp review and decided to write me a story via TEXT trying to justify his behavior. Like I said, as a business owner, you should be used to taking feedback, and when someone is calling you Rude AF, 9/10, that's probably what you are. And seriously, who sends a text like this? Not only is it laughable but completely unprofessional. This is a 5-star luxury transportation company at very competitive pricing. I called five other places and this company hands down is the best. I will refer them out and use them again no question. They were very easy to communicate with via text, they were flexible, they arrived 15 minutes early and their vehicles are super luxurious and modern. Highly recommend.

Adam was AMAZING. He was very professional and made sure my friends and I had the most amazing time in Scottsdale for my bachelorette. Having 11 of us we thought we were going to have to take multiple ubers everywhere which would have been a drag. He was prompt and helped us navigate where we should go.

Top Notch were great. They drove my party of 16 around Scottsdale and some of its golf courses over the course of a weekend. The brand new party bus was awesome, the drivers were always early and always helpful, and the experience was great, even when we had changes to our plans.
One driver even turned up to one of the airport pick-ups with beers for the guys.
