All our Senior Advisors have years of experience working hand-in-hand with families to help them find the caregivers who best match their needs. Let them assist you during your free consultation. Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful in finding the appropriate caregiver on such short notice. A special thanks to our Senior Advisor, Christine for all her help.

Can I interview multiple Caregivers? Many local providers only have a handful of available caregivers; regardless of the type of care that you need. There is a tendency to want to match you with their most available caregiver INSTEAD of their most QUALIFIED. If you are dealing with a specific, chronic illness i.e.
Are you thinking of engaging a Caregiver also known as a Home Health Aide to assist you in your duties of caring for a senior family member or friend? Seventy percent of people turning 65 can expect to use some form of long-term care, according to the CDC. It is not just the elderly who rely on home care.
Broaching the topic to your parents about how they may need help at home is not going to be an easy discussion to have with them. Often, it could be a conflicting role reversal from parent - to dependent, and this could result in denial on both sides. Cluttered, unkempt living environment. Have you noticed that your aging parents house is no longer in order and they can't seem to organize it?.
Talking with your parent or loved one about needing home care can be a difficult conversation for both of you. For them, it represents a loss of independence and a realization of declining health. For you, it can be difficult because you must now tell your parent or loved one that you need help caring for them.
Choosing a Caregiver for your loved one is not easy. You must play the role of detective, psychologist, and HR professional to find a Caregiver who is the right fit. 3. Check references. Checking at least two references is recommended. These may include both personal and professional references.

It is legally permissible to ask prior employers about former employees, although some companies have policies that limit what managers and coworkers can say about former employees.During the reference check, ask the reason the employee left, the person's best and worst traits, and if they are eligible for re-hire.

We were very pleased with the hospice service provided by Home Care. My husband’s caregiver was Lisa Hill. We cannot say enough good things about Lisa. She had considerable experience with hospice patients which put us at ease. Lisa was kind, caring and compassionate. I am so glad that my husband was with someone like Lisa when he passed away. We are most appreciative of her kindness.

I want to thank the caregivers of Homecare for the excellent care they provided both my parents. They were kind, compassionate, and alert to my parents' needs. I also want to thank Andrea for coordinating all of this seamlessly, and for her genuine concern for my parents' well-being.

HomeCare.com is excellent. Any time I needed a caregiver, the agency was always available day or night. I always received a text or call back within a good amount of time responding/telling me they were on it or when they would be able to assist me. I can't say enough about this agency.

I was literally appalled at the sales techniques of this company. I completed a form to get more information and Denise literally called me nine times in a 24 hours period. She left me three voice messages while I was at my bank, then she started sending me text messages and emails.

I called her this morning to give her some information about what I am in need of for my mother-in-law. I told her that I had a company come out yesterday and another is going out tomorrow to assess the living situation and make a recommendation. Both of these companies were open and very willing to help me on
